Charlotte Rodeen-Dickert, Esq., CFRE is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in institutional advancement and intellectual property law. Currently serving as the Director of Institutional Advancement at the USS Hornet Museum, Charlotte has a diverse background that includes roles as a Senior Patent Attorney at West & Associates, PC and as a freelance Patent Attorney and writer. Previous positions include Grants Director and STEM Education Manager at the USS Hornet Museum, where responsibilities encompassed developing STEM curriculum, securing funding, and advising on program development. Charlotte has also contributed to legal education as an adjunct professor and speaker on intellectual property and business law. Educational credentials include a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UC Berkeley, a Master's in Aerospace Engineering from Auburn University, a J.D. from Golden Gate University, and various certifications in nonprofit management and museology.
