Emily Kainne Dokubo, MD, MPH, currently serves as the Deputy U.S. Global AIDS Coordinator for Program Quality with the U.S. Department of State, a position held since September 2023, focused on the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR). With a distinguished career in public health, Emily has been a Captain in the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps since July 2011, holding various roles at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), including Country Director for Jamaica and Cameroon, and Deputy Director for Program in Liberia.
