Andrew Romaner is a Lieutenant Junior Grade in the Commissioned Corps of the U.S. Public Health Service, serving in the Ready Reserve since September 2022, focusing on public health as a Health Services Officer. Additionally, Romaner holds the position of MEL Operations Manager at the Louisiana Public Health Institute since August 2022 and previously contributed as a Case Investigator during the COVID-19 Corps at the CDC Foundation from September 2020 to August 2022. As an Economic Success Coach at Catholic Charities Archdiocese of New Orleans from April 2019 to August 2020, Romaner supported job seekers and entrepreneurs, building community connections. Notably, Romaner co-founded Breastfeeding.ai, a digital assistant aimed at supporting new mothers, and managed an incubation program at Pasco Economic Development Council. Earlier experience includes roles with NCC Media, University of South Florida, The Carter Center, and the Student Conservation Association. Romaner holds a Master's degree in Global Health from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor's degree in International Affairs from The George Washington University.
