Kaitlin Callos is an experienced manager currently working at USM since December 2009, where roles have included Management and Validation Supervisor. In these positions, responsibilities involved the development of the Wal-Mart Validation structure, overseeing a validation team, and enhancing team performance. Previously, Kaitlin held the position of Work Order Management Representative/Validation Specialist, contributing to various aspects of the Wal-Mart account, including validation and procurement, while fostering leadership skills within the team. Prior to USM, Kaitlin worked as a Facility Coordinator at MicroTek, where tasks included managing schedules and vendor relationships. Kaitlin holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, obtained in 2006.
