Shashikala Manushani is a Consultant Associate at Fortude since July 2024 and has been an active member of the USJ ISACA Student Group since June 2023, where responsibilities include serving as Delegates Manager for Cyber Summit 2023. Previously, Shashikala held multiple roles at the Career Skills Development Society, including Vice President for Educational & Professional Development and Secretary for the J’pura Employability Skills Awards 2023. Additionally, experience includes participation in AIESEC in Sri Lanka as a member and as Organizing Committee Vice President for Project Live Free. Earlier roles also include Online Maths Consultant at Third Space Global and Project Chair for Happy Mind Happy Life at the Imperial College of Business Studies. Currently pursuing a BSc. in Business Information Systems at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Shashikala also has an educational background from the University of the West of Scotland.
