Peter Czepiel Jr. is an experienced professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Employee Benefits National Ancillary Marketing Manager at USI Insurance Services since January 2018. In this role, Peter mentors Regional Ancillary Leads and develops relationships with national cornerstone carriers. Previously, as the New England EB Ancillary Team Leader, Peter led marketing and placement activities for various ancillary products while managing a dedicated support team. Prior roles include Life/Employee Benefits Manager and Group Account Manager at People's United Insurance Agency, Inc., where Peter managed service teams and provided extensive client support. Peter holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ashford University and has a background in Business Administration from Manchester Community College and technical training in Micro Computer Software Technology from Howell Cheney Technical High School.
