Responsibilities Leadership & Team Oversight â—ŹLead and mentor the India-based Product Management team, fostering a high-performing, collaborative, and innovative culture. â—ŹWork closely with the Head of Product Management to align goals, priorities, and strategies for the team. â—ŹServe as the primary point of contact for India-based Product Managers, ensuring clear communication and accountability. Strategic Product Direction â—ŹDrive the strategic vision and roadmap for solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs. â—ŹOversee the development of reliable, scalable, and repeatable product solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to inform product strategy. Cross-Functional Collaboration â—ŹPartner with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope. â—ŹEnsure seamless coordination between the India-based product team and global stakeholders to drive successful product launches. â—ŹProvide Agile-based program management leadership for initiatives across the engineering teams Focus on Product Reliability & Repeatability â—ŹChampion initiatives to improve product quality, stability, and performance across all solutions. â—ŹEstablish and maintain best practices for product development, emphasizing repeatable processes and reliable outcomes. â—ŹDrive data-driven decision-making to prioritize and resolve product issues effectively. Customer-Centric Approach â—ŹAdvocate for the voice of the customer in all stages of product development. â—ŹEnsure solutions address key customer pain points and deliver measurable value. Team Development & Growth â—ŹSupport the professional growth and development of India-based Product Managers through coaching, training, and feedback. â—ŹRecruit, onboard, and retain top product management talent to strengthen the team. Metrics & Accountability â—ŹDefine, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success, team productivity, and customer outcomes. â—ŹRegularly review progress and adjust strategies to meet business objectives
Qualification â—ŹYou have a proven track record of delivering Software as a Service and/or cloud platform products, driving product reliability and success in a global, cross-functional environment â—ŹYou have a technical background with experience in building highly scalable, extremely reliable services â—ŹYou are a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, and a customer-focused mindset. â—ŹAn excellent communicator both written and verbal Qualification â—Ź8+ years experience as a product manager or related position, where you've built and launched products with highly cross-functional teams â—ŹAt least 5 years experience working in SaaS product management â—ŹYou have a technical degree and/or background (CS, EE, ME, Physics etc.) ideally with engineering experience â—ŹStrong bias for action and an intrinsic ability to deal with ambiguity â—ŹSolid understanding of customer needs and experience acting as a customer advocate â—ŹProven record of delivery and building amazing things that you are proud of in a business setting â—ŹExperience working at an early stage, Enterprise SaaS company â—ŹAbility to support 25% US time zones coverage
