Ron Montano currently serves as a Field Services Engineer at Ushio America, Inc. since March 2023. With extensive experience in the engineering field, Ron has held multiple roles including Chief Executive Officer of the Silicon Valley Invitational Tournament since October 2009, where responsibilities include staff management and event coordination. Previously, Ron worked as an Associate Test Engineer at Onto Innovation and Nanometrics, where engagement in status reporting and the implementation of Lean practices were key duties. Ron's background also includes roles such as Test Engineer at Plexus Corp., Assistant Test Engineer at KLA-Tencor, R&D Engineer at Space Systems Loral, and Vehicle Test Operations Technician at Lockheed Martin, alongside experience as a Test Coordinator at AT&T. Education was pursued at Sacramento City College from 1996 to 1998.
