Laura Shoalts is an experienced case manager currently working at USHealth Group since August 2015, where also serves as a Benefit Case Manager. Previously, Laura held the position of Workers Comp Claims Adjuster at Sedgwick from March 2015 to August 2015 and worked as a Trainer/CSR at CGI from August 2013 to March 2015. Earlier experience includes serving as Team Lead at HealthSmart from August 2011 to August 2013 and performing customer service roles at Peoples Trust Insurance from February 2010 to May 2011. Laura Shoalts holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Tarleton State University.
