Jodi Schefers, MBA, is a seasoned professional in health insurance and customer service with extensive experience at USHEALTH ADVISORS since April 2019, serving as a Licensed Health Insurance Advisor, Field Training Agent, and Health Insurance Specialist. Previous roles include significant positions at Alta Resources, where responsibilities ranged from team management to customer support in the insurance sector, and WellPoint, focusing on broker sales support for dental policies. Jodi has a solid educational background with an MBA in Human Resources Management from Ashford University, a Bachelor of Science in Funeral Direction/Service from the University of Minnesota-Minneapolis, and an Associate of Science from Mesabi Range Community and Technical College.
