Margaret Williamson possesses extensive experience in user experience research, having served as Principal Research Consultant, UX Research Manager, and Senior UX Researcher at UserTesting. Prior roles include UX Researcher at General Assembly Atlanta and Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at The University of Kansas Department of Special Education. Margaret also has a background in education, having worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Mississippi School of Education and a Special Education Teacher at Chicago Public Schools.
