Frankie was originally from Hong Kong and currently lives with his family in Irvine, California. He holds a master's degree in Computer Science and a master's degree in Information Technology in Education. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate at New York University focusing on understanding the impact of design elements on motivation and engagement Frankie is very passionate about applying scientific methods for understanding user needs and experiences. He believes UX research plays a crucial role in guiding design processes and decisions.
