Osvaldo Villagomez is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in developing web and mobile applications. Currently at Kojo since February 2022, Osvaldo focuses on creating features in React and React Native, as well as implementing web services using Node, PostgreSQL, and GraphQL. Prior to this, Osvaldo worked at AbbVie as a Front End Engineer, where the development of a React-based user interface library and an internal web application using React and GraphQL were key contributions. Osvaldo also served as a Software Developer at Jimmy John's Franchise, LLC, creating responsive web applications and HTML5 banner ads. Earlier experience includes web development roles at ATLAS University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and community engagement efforts through AmeriCorps and local initiatives. Osvaldo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Communication from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
