Derek Taylor is an experienced professional in the payments and fintech sector, currently serving as the Director of Payments and Fintech at Kojo since August 2022. Prior to this role, Taylor was the General Manager of Payments at Emotive from April 2021 to September 2022 and worked as a Product Manager for Payments at Podium from April 2019 to April 2021. Taylor's career began at Apple, where responsibilities included strategy and optimization for AMP payments products from December 2017 to March 2019. Additional experience includes roles as an Equity Research Analyst at Goldman Sachs, focusing on IT Payments and LatAm Infrastructure, and a Private Bank Summer Analyst at J.P. Morgan Asset Management. Taylor also gained experience as an intern in Senator Jeff Flake's Office.
