Chi Nguyen is an experienced professional in account management and commercial leadership, currently serving as an Account Director at Insider since July 2024. Prior to this role, Chi held key positions at Timo Digital Bank, including Head of Commercial and Head of Customer, from January 2022 to September 2024. Additional experience includes working as a Venture Manager at ChatFood and a Customer Success Manager at AppsFlyer. Chi also served as a Client Solutions Manager at vsource.io and worked as a Business Executive at Misfit Wearables. Academic achievements include a Master’s Degree in Strategic Management and Planning from University College Dublin and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commerce from RMIT University.
