Joe O'Hallaron has over 20 years of professional experience in the technology and sales industries. Joe began their career in 2000 as a Partner at Hottechnology Holdings, an investment group behind several companies. In 2010, Joe became a Partner at Blanchard's Coffee Company, where they ran the back office operations. From 2018 to 2019, Joe was the Operations Manager at Hatchify, a software development company delivering sales solutions. In 2019, Joe was also a Board Member at UpRVa, a non-profit that connects students from limited economic resources in the City of Richmond. Lastly, Joe has been the Managing Partner at Fahrenheit Technology since 1999, a leading integrated technology and emerging media consulting firm.

Joe O'Hallaron graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University - School of Business in 1989 with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. Joe began their studies in 1985.
