Jack Brown is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in implementation, customer success, and investment. Currently serving as the Implementation & Customer Success Lead at Ascend, Jack contributes to a financial operations automation solution for the insurance industry. As an Angel Investor, Jack is involved with several software startups, providing seed investments in innovative technology solutions. Previous roles include Chief of Staff at SafeBase and various management positions at Upgrade, Inc., including Senior Manager and Analyst in Investor Strategy & Execution. Jack began a career at Financial Technology Partners, focusing on the financial technology sector, and has held various analytical and research roles across reputable firms. Jack holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Finance from Claremont McKenna College and has studied political science at the University of Buenos Aires.
