Tiago Freire is an experienced professional in technology and customer support, currently serving as an App Launch Specialist at Uscreen since January 2022, where responsibilities include managing app launch projects and assisting customers throughout the process. Prior to this role, Tiago worked as a Support Specialist at Uscreen.tv from July 2021 to November 2022 and held the position of Director of IT at FoodChain ID Certificadora Ltda. from April 2003 to July 2022, overseeing various IT operations including network administration and cloud solution management.
