Steve Ridge currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at USA Rare Earth, LLC since April 2023 and holds the position of Chairman of the Board at Human Coalition since 2018. Previously, Steve Ridge was the Sr. Vice President of Manufacturing and Supply Chain at Elementis Global from March 2019 to August 2022, and the Global Manufacturing Director at FMC Corporation from March 2015 to March 2019. Steve Ridge also worked at Celanese as the Global EHS and Operations Excellence Director from October 2008 to March 2015, and held two roles at Fortron Industries LLC, first as President from October 2007 to October 2008 and then as Vice President of Operations from 2005 to 2007. Steve Ridge earned a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Math from Florida Southern College.
