Neelima Sajja is a seasoned information technology professional with extensive experience in various leadership and engineering roles. Currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at USAA since May 2014, Neelima has also held positions such as Senior Information Technology Manager and Senior Software Engineer during time at the same organization. Previous experience includes a role as Tech Consultant at Bank of America from April 2013 to March 2014, and a span of nearly eight years as Senior Software Engineer at Pegasus Solutions. Neelima's career began at Union Pacific Railroad as a Software Consultant in 2005. Academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Computer Science from The University of Tulsa and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
