Jimmy Brown, MBA, CAMS-FCI, CSM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in KYC management and financial services, currently serving as KYC Manager at USAA since January 2022. Prior roles include Vice President - KYC Quality Control Manager at MUFG and various Vice President positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 2014 to 2021. Jimmy also served in the US Navy as Petty Officer First Class for two decades. Educationally, Jimmy holds an MBA with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Phoenix, a B.S. in Accounting, a BA in Economics, and a BS in Business, with ongoing studies towards a Master of Science in Data Analytics at Western Governors University and a certificate in Business Analytics from Cornell University.
