Jason Riggan has extensive experience in technology leadership and strategic direction, currently serving as CIO and Vice President for both the Property and Casualty Insurance Group and the Investment and Life Company at USAA since January 2003. In these roles, Jason Riggan is responsible for overseeing the technology portfolio, including innovation, product development, and systems availability, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic business objectives. Prior to USAA, Jason Riggan was a Senior Manager at KPMG, where leadership encompassed global system delivery and program management for Fortune 100 clients. Additionally, Jason Riggan began their career as a Consultant at Cobb Information Systems. Jason Riggan earned a BBA in Management Information Systems from The University of Texas at Austin.
