Dore Kalei Weber is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in software development and project management at USAA since June 2014, currently serving as an IT Technical Manager and Professional Scrum Master. Dore has held various roles, including Development Product Owner and Technical Project Manager, contributing to the development and maintenance of software solutions for USAA members. Prior to USAA, Dore worked as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at the University of Utah, owned an electrical and general construction company, and held programming and training positions at Epicor Software Corp and America West Airlines. Dore's educational background includes a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from American Military University and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Utah. Additionally, Dore served as an Arabic Linguist in the United States Army.
