Christian Bove is an experienced communications professional currently serving as Lead Director of Media/PR/Crisis Communications at USAA since February 2016, following a role as Senior Communications Partner focused on crisis communications. Prior to USAA, Christian worked for the San Antonio Fire Department as Public Relations Manager and Public Information Officer from June 2012 to February 2016. Between 2006 and 2012, Christian held various positions at BMP Radio KTSA 550 AM, including News Director, News Reporter, and Program Director for KOKE 1600 AM. Earlier, Christian gained experience as a News Reporter at Emmis Austin Radio from 2002 to 2006. Christian earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Radio/Television/Film from The University of Texas at Austin between 1999 and 2003.
