Jon Paradise has extensive experience in the ice hockey officiating and business development sectors. Since 1998, Jon has served as the Referee-in-Chief for AAA Hockey in Michigan and has officiated at District and National Championship Tournaments across the United States. Achieving the highest referee distinction, Level 4, Jon has held this status since 2008. In addition to hockey officiating, Jon has held several leadership roles in business development and sales operations, including Vice President positions at Ansira and BrandMuscle, and Director of Sales Operations at United Road Services. Jon's career also includes significant roles in sales management and recruitment, demonstrating a strong background in team leadership and operational efficiency. Jon earned a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
