George Wilson has extensive experience in the automotive industry, having held various leadership roles across multiple companies since 1976. Currently serving as an Independent Contractor for Automotive Consulting since 2013, George focuses on enhancing dealer operations to boost customer satisfaction and retention. Concurrently, George functions as a US Diving and High School Diving Coach, and contributes as a Substitute Adjunct Professor and Guest Lecturer at Western Michigan University and Kalamazoo College. Previously, George occupied several key positions at Toyota, including National Customer Retention Manager and International Service Training Manager in Japan. Earlier roles included service and parts export representation for American Honda Motor Company, where responsibilities included developing service dealer networks and supporting customer relations. George holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Whittier College and has completed extensive technical and management training with Toyota and Honda.
