Drew Michael is an experienced analyst currently working at US Service Animals since October 2022. Prior to this role, Drew held various positions at ERC (Enhanced Resource Centers) from April 2012 to October 2022, including Sr. Director of Intelligence and Manager of Dialer and Inventory Management. Earlier in the career, Drew served as the Call Center Technologies Lead Developer at CIT, Group Inc from 2006 to April 2012 and worked as a Developer in Jacksonville Operations at CIT from March 2005 to April 2006.
