MacKenzie McGuckin is a dedicated marine and sailing professional with extensive experience in management, coaching, and education within the sailing community. Currently serving as General/Property Manager at Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc., MacKenzie oversees the operations of a 136-slip marina, achieving high occupancy rates and compliance with regulations. As President of the Youth Sailing Foundation of the Palm Beaches, leadership focuses on empowering youth through sailing. Additionally, MacKenzie holds roles as a Safe Powerboat Handling Instructor for US Powerboating and a Level 1 Smallboat Instructor Trainer for US Sailing. Prior positions include national co-director for the USODA Development Team and Retail Operations Manager at Tuckahoe Bike Shop. An educational background includes a Master’s degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in General Studies with concentrations in Ocean Engineering and Business Management from Florida Atlantic University.
