Cicely Fisher is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at US Radiology Specialists since November 2022, Cicely previously held several key positions at Sevita, including Human Resources Operations Manager, where responsibilities included staffing, succession planning, and training management on various HR practices. Cicely started in the HR field as a Coordinator/Assistant at Spa Dental and held the role of Office Manager at Heavenly Dental, where management and training of staff were primary duties. Additionally, Cicely has a background in the US Army, leading soldiers and promoting workplace diversity as an Equal Opportunity Representative. Cicely holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix.
