Joe Conley has extensive experience in the security industry, holding several prominent leadership positions since the mid-1990s. As the Chief Executive Officer and President of Royce/U.S. Protection Service since November 1996, Joe Conley has been instrumental in shaping the company's direction. Joe Conley also serves as the Founder and President of American Standard Holdings, LLC since June 2015 and as President of Metro Safety and Security since August 2013. Additionally, Joe Conley held the role of President/CEO and Division Manager at Royce Security Services, contributing to its growth since November 1996. Joe Conley’s leadership was recognized during a tenure as Board President for the Ohio Association of Security and Investigative Services from January 2015 to January 2017. Prior to these roles, Joe Conley was the Sales and Operations Manager at Metro Cleveland Security from April 1994 to November 1996.
