Joan Marrott is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at The US Oncology Network since January 2021, Joan previously held positions including HR Business Partner at Atos, where strategic HR initiatives were implemented across various sectors including IT and Healthcare. Other notable roles include HR Consultant in the Greater Denver Area and establishing the HR function at 1STWEST Background Due Diligence LLC. Joan began a career at Electronic Data Systems as an HR Business Partner, managing multiple HR disciplines, and contributed to the HR functions of a joint-venture start-up between EDS and Amdahl Corporations. Joan holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership & HR from Colorado State University Global and an Associates Degree in Business Management from Monroe County Community College.
