Caleb Casteel, MDiv, MPA, currently serves as the Assistant to the City Manager for the City of Frisco, beginning in January 2022, where responsibilities include assisting with special projects and regular assignments. Prior experience includes roles such as Application Systems Administrator, providing internal communication solutions; Application Analyst at The University of Kansas Health System, managing web servers; Developer Analyst for Johnson County, KS Government, overseeing SharePoint and web views; Network and Creative Pastor at Family Worship Church, focusing on marketing and content creation; and Website Administrator for the City of Lee's Summit, managing various web platforms and implementing content management systems. Caleb holds a Master of Public Affairs, Graduate Certificates in Nonprofit Management and Public Administration, a Master of Divinity, and a Bachelor of Science in History.
