Luis Lynch-Maldonado, MIS, currently serves as an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) at the US Navy, a position held since September 2024. Previously, Luis worked at HII Technical Solutions, overseeing the configuration and technical support of Theater Battle Management Core Systems (TBMCS) and Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (JADOCS) as a Network Administrator Lead from August 2021 to September 2024. With extensive experience in network administration and support for fleet training exercises across multiple organizations, including Alion Science and Technology and SAIC, Luis has a solid background in managing system upgrades, configuration changes, and ensuring compliance with security updates. Educational qualifications include a Master of Information Systems with a focus on Cyber Security and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Security from the University of Phoenix, complemented by associate degrees in Computer Science and Information Sciences.
