Devin Serlin currently serves as a Requirements Officer in the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV) for the US Navy since September 2024. Previously, Devin worked as a Senior Program Analyst at Cydecor, Inc. from January 2023 to October 2024, focusing on the Phalanx Close-In Weapons System (CIWS), Rolling Airframe Missile (RAM), and SeaRAM Guided Missile Weapons Systems, handling programming and budgeting across three systems portfolios. Prior experience with the US Navy includes roles as a Training Officer and Gunnery Officer aboard USS STOUT (DDG 55), where responsibilities included managing training programs and overseeing the command ordnance inventory. Devin's earlier positions also comprise Resource Manager at Warriors Recruiting and student roles at Virginia Tech, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in History from Virginia Tech and a Master's Degree in Modern History from the University of Kent.
