Dale Eymann serves as the HR Digital Transformation Lead for the Deputy Chief of Navy Personnel at Navy Personnel Command, overseeing the modernization of Force Management services. Eymann has extensive military experience within the U.S. Navy and Navy Reserve, holding various leadership roles such as Commanding Officer for Surface and Mine Warfare Development Center's Mine Warfare Division, and leading initiatives that support Navy families in multiple mission areas. In addition, Eymann has a background in the technology sector, having held key positions at Model N, where expertise included directing global customer services and project management for software development. Eymann's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the United States Naval Academy, an MBA from the University of West Florida, and completion of JPME Phase 1 at the U.S. Naval War College.
