Armando Valencia is an experienced cybersecurity and programming professional with a strong background in information security and network operations. Currently serving as a Senior Enlisted Leader in the US Navy since August 2013, Armando has developed expertise in object-oriented programming. Prior to this role, Armando worked as an Information Security Analyst at the National Security Agency from August 2010 to August 2013, where responsibilities included monitoring network security and ensuring compliance with policies. Academic qualifications include dual Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland Global Campus, a Computer Network Operations Development Program SNIP from the National Security Agency, and ongoing Master’s degrees in Applied Cyber Operations from the Naval Postgraduate School.
