Lucie Rihova Horackova is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and business development within the IT and tech sectors. As Co-founder and Head of Operations at US Launchpad since February 2018, Lucie has been instrumental in supporting tech companies' expansion into foreign markets, managing remote engineering teams, and streamlining operational processes. Previously, Lucie held key roles at DNAnexus, where responsibilities included building the Prague office and establishing HR processes, and at ALICE Technologies Inc. as Growth Driver. Additional experience encompasses business development at MoroSystems and CzechInvest, where strategic account management and investment support were emphasized. Lucie's academic background includes a Master's degree in International and Economic Studies and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from University College of International and Public Relations Prague.
