Bill Barfield is a Technical Analyst with a robust background in technical support for healthcare organizations. Currently employed at US Fertility since March 2023, Bill previously served as a Sr. Service Desk Analyst at Altera Digital Health from March 2017 to March 2023, where responsibilities included providing Tier I and Tier II support and serving as the first point of contact for user support calls. Prior experience includes working as an Application Support Analyst at WakeMed Health and Hospitals from January 2004 to March 2017, where Bill provided Tier II support for infrastructure application issues, and earlier as a Client Services Analyst I, delivering technical support to a large user base in a diverse IT environment. Bill holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from North Carolina State University, obtained from 1989 to 1993.
