Victoria Leung is an experienced attorney currently serving as an Attorney-Advisor in the Superfund Section of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Region 2 office. Prior to this role, Victoria worked as a Staff Attorney and Associate Staff Attorney at Riverkeeper from June 2019 to December 2024. Experience also includes a position as a Legal Fellow at PennFuture, office management at the Unemployment Insurance Clinic at the University of Michigan, and various clerkships and internships at the U.S. Department of Justice and United States Attorneys' Offices. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science from the University of Pittsburgh, complemented by international education experiences at The Chinese University of Hong Kong and the Danish Institute for Study Abroad.
