Reiley Baker is a seasoned professional in environmental policy and advocacy, currently serving as a Grants Project Officer at the US Environmental Protection Agency's Great Lakes National Program Office since May 2024. In this role, Reiley assists in developing stakeholder partnerships for environmental protection programs and reviews various grant agreements. Concurrently, Reiley contributes as a Young Professionals Board Member at the Illinois Environmental Council, focusing on fundraising and policy advocacy. Previous experiences include work as a Graduate Student Consultant at the Southern Environmental Law Center, where Reiley designed a research project on transportation policy, and roles at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Graduate Research Assistant.
