Nancy Cruz, MPA, currently serves as a Community Involvement Coordinator at the US Environmental Protection Agency since July 2022 and is the Board President of Camden's Charter School Network since December 2021. Previously, Nancy held roles such as Community Engagement Coordinator at the Camden County Prosecutor's Office from December 2020 to July 2022, Administrative Assistant at Camden County College from November 2018 to December 2020, and Attendance Coordinator at Mastery Charter Schools from August 2018 to November 2018. Nancy also worked at the Hispanic Family Center of Southern New Jersey, Inc. as Site Manager and Volunteer and Community Partnerships Coordinator from May 2015 to May 2018. Nancy obtained a Master of Public Administration degree from Rutgers University - Camden, a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Justice from Rowan University, an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from Camden County College, and completed high school at Camden Academy Charter High School.
