Brendan McInerney is a Financial Analyst at the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) since August 2022, focusing on the financial management of the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund and Clean Water State Revolving Fund in New England. Prior to this role, Brendan served as a Loan Review Analyst at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) from November 2020 to August 2022, where responsibilities included examining risk management practices and analyzing financial institution data. Brendan also worked as a Tax Examiner at the U.S. Department of the Treasury from November 2019 to November 2020, assisting taxpayers with compliance issues. Brendan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and was recognized as a member of Beta Gamma Sigma for being in the top 10% of the undergraduate class. Early experience includes an internship as a Staff Accountant at American Tower.
