Muriel Bertile has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Muriel started their career as a Communications Specialist at EPAURIF in 2006, where they handled sensitive communications regarding the removal of asbestos. Muriel then interned as a Media Analyst at the Ministère de la Défense in 2007, summarizing and analyzing press coverage on defense policies and international relations. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Bilingual Account Manager at Honeywell International, where they oversaw a $4 million portfolio and achieved improvements in productivity and efficiency. Muriel then served as a Project Manager EMEA at Taylor Corporation from 2010 to 2011, managing live jobs and acting as a liaison between facilities. Muriel worked as a Communications Manager at the Kurdistan Regional Government in 2012 and as a Regional cooperation coordinator at the Consulate General of France in Pondicherry & Chennai from 2015 to 2017. From 2019 to 2020, they held the role of Director of Communications / Digital PM at Blast Burson Cohn & Wolfe. In 2020, they became a Chef de projet digital at Invoke Intelligence & Influence, working on various client projects. Most recently, they joined the US Embassy Paris in 2023 as the Head of Strategic Content - Digital Media.

Muriel Bertile holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Information, Communication & Journalism from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University. Muriel also earned a Master of Arts degree in Social & Political Science with a focus on Information, Communication & Media from IFP - Institut français de presse. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Political Science with a specialization in Political & Corporate Communication from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne. In 2019, they pursued computer programming studies at Le Wagon, although no degree was specified.
