Steve Krok serves as the Senior Director of Talent Management and Leadership Development at U.S. Electrical Services, Inc. since May 2012, where Steve has also held positions as Director of Leadership Development and Director of Training & Process Improvement. In these roles, Krok has developed the Accelerated Leadership Preparation System (ALPS) and created process maps and online training materials for the company's software offerings. Prior to joining USESI, Krok worked at Epicor Software Corp from 1994 to May 2012, where Steve served as Industry Segment Manager, demonstrating ERP software solutions and consulting on best practices for industry groups. Krok's educational background includes an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Housatonic Community College and further studies at Sacred Heart University.
