Shafiqul Islam has extensive experience in the aviation industry, beginning a career in 2013 with Regent Airways, followed by a role as Flight Steward at Biman Bangladesh Airlines from February 2014. Currently, Shafiqul holds the position of Cabin Crew Instructor for Boeing 737800 aircraft at US-Bangla Airlines Ltd. since January 2017. In terms of education, Shafiqul obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Tourism & Hospitality Management from IUBAT-International University Of Business Agriculture & Technology between 2010 and 2013, and later earned an EMBA in Human Resources Management from BRAC University, completing studies from 2016 to 2019.
