Vincent Hecker is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in manufacturing and engineering management. Currently serving as the Director of Production Control at Ursa Major since February 2022, Vincent previously held several key positions at Woodward, Inc., including Value Stream Manager, where a successful Lean Transformation was executed, resulting in significant improvements in order fulfillment. With extensive experience in engineering roles, Vincent has also led cross-functional teams in implementing Lean principles and achieved substantial improvements in operational efficiency and product support. Vincent holds an MBA from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
