Brandon Chirco is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commercial law. Currently serving as Corporate Counsel, Commercial at Ursa Major since January 2023, Brandon has held various roles including Counsel II, Commercial at Affirm, and Assistant General Counsel at both ZOOM+Care and PeaceHealth. Prior to these positions, Brandon served as Corporate Counsel at Audigy and gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk at the United States Attorney's Office. Brandon's legal journey also includes externships and internships, highlighting a strong foundation from Lewis and Clark Law School, where a Doctor of Law (J.D.) was earned, along with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Economy from UC San Diego.
