Shawn Severns, PHR, SHRM-SCP has worked as the Director of Human Resources at Urology of Indiana LLC since March 2016. Prior to this, they were the Human Resources Manager at Krieg DeVault LLP from June 2011 to March 2016, where they provided management practices to firm personnel across eight offices in the midwest and south regions. Shawn was also responsible for directing the production and coordination of all legal administrative workloads and serving on various firm committees. From August 2006 to May 2011, Shawn served as the Office Manager at Krieg DeVault LLP.

Shawn Severns, PHR, SHRM-SCP, obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Ball State University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. In September 2008, they obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Shawn further enhanced their skills by earning the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society of Human Resources Management in July 2019.
