Sarah Welsh, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR operations across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Generalist at Urgo Medical North America, Sarah provides HR support for an international workforce and focuses on compensation, benefits, and HRIS as a project manager. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at L.A.
