Andrew Thomas has extensive experience in sports management and community development, currently serving as a Member of the Board for Disability Sport Wales and the Urdd Gobaith Cymru, as well as an advisory group panel member for Sport Wales. Since 2009, Andrew has held the position of Group Manager for Sport, Play, and Active Wellbeing at Bridgend County Borough Council, focusing on delivering targeted services and managing leisure contracts. Andrew holds a Master of Arts in Leadership and Management from Cardiff Metropolitan University, a Master of Science in Public Administration from the University of Glamorgan, and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and Social Service Professions from Cardiff University.
